Al Ries as New Ag Sales Representative in Eastern Iowa

Cedar Rapids, Iowa (March 22, 2016) – Altorfer Inc. is pleased to announce Al Ries as ag machine sales representative for Altorfer’s eastern Iowa ag territory. In this role, Ries will represent the Challenger and LEXION product lines for eight counties in Iowa, including Delaware, Dubuque, Jones, Jackson, Cedar, Clinton, Scott, and Muscatine.

Ries began his career working for a local eastern Iowa manufacturing company for 22 years. During his tenure there he gained widespread experience, from shop service to outside sales. Ries then worked as an outside sales representative for a local cooperative based in Manchester, Iowa before joining Altorfer as compact construction equipment (CCE) sales representative in 2013.

“We are excited to bring Al on board to sell tractors and combines in our eastern Iowa territory,” says Jason Lenhardt, regional sales manager for Altorfer Ag Products. “Al’s experience selling in this territory, plus his product knowledge and passion for the ag business, will serve him well in this role.”
