Altorfer Promotes Dave Hixson to Vice President Construction Product Support

Altorfer Inc. is proud to welcome longtime employee, Dave Hixson, to the role of Vice President Construction Product Support. He will oversee construction equipment service and parts operations, marketing and sales across the company’s Caterpillar service territory, which includes eastern Iowa, central Illinois and northeast Missouri.

Over the last 31 years, Dave has worked his way up through the company. He began his career as a technician at Altorfer’s Davenport construction location after graduating from Indian Hills Community College. Most recently, he served as construction parts and service operations manager out of the Cedar Rapids location.
