Altorfer Rents Announces Mike O’Neil as Product Support Sales Representative

Territory covers 14 counties of eastern Iowa and western Illinois.

Altorfer Rents – The Cat Rental Store is proud to announce the promotion of Mike O’Neil to the role of product support sales representative. O’Neil will work to meet parts and service needs for rental and lift truck customers throughout 14 counties in Iowa and Illinois along the Mississippi River.

O’Neil has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He joined Altorfer in 2004 and served as parts manager and inside sales representative for Altorfer Rents in Bettendorf, Iowa. In his new position, he will represent Altorfer Lift Trucks and Altorfer Rents from the Quad Cities.

“Mike has a reputation for being one of the most knowledgeable parts people in the area. His combined skills will be invaluable as he begins his new role as Product Support Sales Representative,” said Marty Hart, Altorfer Rents Vice President. “Mike’s history of customer service, his knowledge and his willingness to go the extra mile ensure our customers will get the very best of service from Mike and our team.”

O’Neil currently resides in Alpha, Illinois, with his wife of 27 years. When he is not helping customers, he enjoys cooking, CrossFit and hiking.
