Altorfer Announces Chris Sewell as GPS Specialist for Illinois Construction Territory

Altorfer Inc. is pleased to announce Chris Sewell as GPS specialist for Altorfer’s Illinois construction territory. In this role, Sewell will provide customers with machine technology expertise and support.

A native of Peoria, Illinois, Sewell joins Altorfer with nearly 20 years of experience operating Cat equipment. Prior to joining Altorfer, Sewell worked at Caterpillar’s Proving Grounds for more than ten years operating a variety of machines across the Cat product family. While there, he focused much of his time on hydraulic excavators and scrapers. Prior to Caterpillar, Sewell operated equipment and managed a crew for a local Peoria excavation company for nine years.

Sewell, his wife, and five children currently reside outside of Glasford, Illinois.
