Resident Field Technician
Vacancy Number: 13-046
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional
customer service by performing maintenance,
diagnosis and repairs on Caterpillar
construction equipment. Establish and
maintain service oriented relationship with
customers. Maintain a clean and neat service
truck for first possible image on the road
and at customer job sites. Must reside
within Macon, Randolph, or Monroe counties.
Qualifications: Successful
completion of a formal technical training
preferred. Construction machinery
experience, electrical and hydraulic
diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
preferred. Must have good computer skills.
Good communication skills. Must have a valid
class B CDL with a clean driving record.
Must be a self-starter, well organized, team
oriented, and an eager and aggressive
learner. Must have strong customer service
skills and solid work history. Please
