Shop Technician

Responsibilities: Perform service and repairs on Caterpillar and other types of heavy equipment. Trouble-shoot and repair engine, hydraulic, electrical and all other systems. Provide excellent customer service to all customers. Operate equipment in a safely manner to find diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Establish and maintain a service oriented relationship with customers and supervisors. Complete service reports in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  Successful completion of a formal technical training program with a minimum of three yearsí experience required. Must have engine, electrical & hydraulic diagnostic, trouble shooting and repair skills. Computer literate. Must be familiar with programs such as Microsoft, Excel and Outlook. Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment in the shop. Must be a self-starter with good time management. Excellent planning & organizational skills required. Ability to work overtime and some weekends when needed. Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are necessary. Must be able to lift up to 75-100lbs and provide your own tools. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have a valid driverís license (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on file candidate)

Field Service Coordinator

Responsibilities: Assist in managing & dispatching Field Service department consisting of approximately 16 field personnel. Provide leadership to ensure safe, efficient and productive operations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist customers and technicians on repairs and define the scope of work to ensure expectations are met. Demonstrate strong customer communication & developmental skills as well as the ability to manage and motivate a large, diverse workforce. Work with field personnel, PSSRs, and customers in support of opening work orders and seeing them through to invoice. Develop long range plans and budgets for growing the service business. Oversee technician productivity and performance including conducting annual reviews, administering disciplinary action as necessary, promoting safety in the workplace and helping to lead technical and professional development. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  2-4 year college degree in business or 2 yearsí experience in service supervisory setting. Previous engine, power train, hydraulic, service repair and maintenance knowledge is necessary. Experience in DBS and SIS networks is recommended. Knowledge of safety requirements and protocols. Must have the ability to express ideas and influence others in a positive manner to accomplish long term goals. Ability to write professional business communication by email or letter is required. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills are needed. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and willing to work extra hours when needed. Computer literate, PC experience with programs such as Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Responsibilities: Assist in managing the Construction shop, Weld & Fabrication shop, Undercarriage shop, Dyno Test cell, Hydraulic Repair, Steam Clean cell, Paint book, all yard activities, and daily facility upkeep details. Responsible for making sure all invoices are reviewed and completed in a timely manner. Determine which shop technicians should be assign to priority jobs and critical customer jobs. Assist the warranty department with applying parts warranty, machine warranty, service letters and other pertinent support programs. Provide backup assistant regarding customer calls, payroll, and work orders. Review shop tools and determine actual tooling needs for daily and future expectation to improve tech productivity. Works with the Service Trainer and assists with scheduling technician training. Assist managers with performance reviews, employee interviews, wage reviews, employee complaints, and technician advancement opportunities. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  Minimum of 2 years previous supervisory experience required. Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and technical training needed. Ability to handle and problem solve service issues that might occur in a professional manner. Ability to coordinate multiple technicians in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. Computer literate required. Must be familiar with programs such as Microsoft, Excel, Access and Outlook. Must be a self-starter with good time management and ability to multitask. Ability to lead-by-example and provide excellent leadership skills are required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are necessary. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Parts Counter/Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities:  Assists customers with sales needs. Computer input of parts orders, billing, stocking and selling of supply items. Ship and receive freight using a basic forklift to load and unload trucks. Operate a basic forklift and pallet jack to pick or move inventory when needed, and responsible for keeping record of parts inventory. Use computer parts books system to look up certain parts. Process orders as they come in. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  Minimum of 2 years previous experience in parts operations, inventory control and warehouse experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge and clear understanding of the core parts operations. Computer literate, PC experience with Office Outlook and knowledge of DBSI preferred. Previous forklift and pallet jack experience needed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary. Customer service experience and detail oriented. Ability to lift 75lbs, climb ladders and stairs on a daily basis. CDL preferred. Valid driverís license is needed (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).
