ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service to customers and employees while providing constant support of Service Manager's direction and leadership. Duties include: Working closely with service management to complete opening of work orders, time card entry, work order closing, service report uploading, and processing final invoices and service reports to end customer. Enter technician's expenses on work orders and reconcile credit card statements. Additional recordkeeping includes: employee vacation and sick leave, individual safety accounts, and filing of work comp claims. Complete payroll for 3 service departments and the Cedar Rapids Power Systems office. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  Must be able to join and support the existing team while sharing common goals and values. Good organizational, multi-tasking, communication (written and verbal), customer service and computer skills required. Applicant should be detail oriented, goal driven and professional. Knowledge of truck sales, including transfer of titles a plus.

Responsibilities:  Set up and maintain customer information. Process credit card payments. Prepare and balance daily deposits and apply payments to customer accounts. Qualifications: Two years of A/R experience and strong computer skills are required. Previous experience with credit card processing of payments is required. Experience working with credit rating agencies preferred. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel or equivalent is essential. Must be well organized, creative team-player with initiative that responds well to challenges. Excellent customer service skills required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Responsibilities Outside sales position covering the Quad Cities – Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa and Moline and Rock Island, Illinois. Sell and rent new and used Caterpillar heavy construction equipment and allied products. Achieve maximum sales (new / used) and profitability in assigned territory by working with both existing customers and targeting new accounts. Focus on providing viable equipment solutions to our Heavy Construction customer base. Have a firm understanding of the used equipment market in order to effectively sell used machines and asses trade values. Meet or exceed market growth goals. Prepare sales presentations, reports and sales quotes. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Four year business or marketing degree required. Three to five years sales experience a plus. Must reside or willing to relocate to the Quad Cities. Construction knowledge desired. Lube Truck Technician/Shop Technician

Responsibilities: Work closely with Service Dispatcher scheduling the machine preventative maintenance program. Keep accurate records for machine maintenance, while following machine and company guideline in the CSA contracts. Inspects machines during a PM visit, plus recording the findings for the customer and dispatcher. Lube Tech should include a quality inspection, a detailed PM and a very close working relationship with the customer- all while meeting the contract flat rates. Maintaining a clean and neat lube truck for best possible image on the road and at customer job sites is mandatory. Initial intent is to service the rental fleet and local customers surrounding the Cedar Rapids area. Also require working to assist the shop, if needed. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Successful completion of a formal technical training program with a minimum of 2 years’ experience required. Must have mechanical aptitude and own basic heavy-duty hand/air tools. Computer literacy required. Must be familiar with programs such as Microsoft, Excel and Outlook. Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment. Must be a self-starter with good time management. Excellent planning & organizational skills required. Class B CDL with air-brake endorsement needed. Ability to work overtime and some weekends when needed. Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are necessary. Must be able to lift up to 75-100lbs. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have a valid driver’s license (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on file candidate).

Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Electric Power Generation equipment, engines, accessories, switchgear, and controls.  Ability to read electrical schematics, knowledge of proper electrical troubleshooting, and engine experience required.  Must be a self-starter with good time management, planning, organization, and commitment to detail.  Computer literacy including Word, Excel and Outlook.  Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal).   Must be able to lift 75-100lbs.  Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours.
