Maintenance Plan Coordinator

Responsibilities: Responsibilitiesí will include the coordination of Caterpillar Maintenance Plans, & scheduling Altorfer lube technicians.   The position also includes product support (PM) price quoting, standard job creation and maintenance and product support reporting. Will work directly with the product support salesmen & marketing personnel in finding ways to target customers & grow the Maintenance Plan business. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  4-Year Bachelorís Degree or Equivalent Preferred but not required. Marketing or Business degree preferred, Construction or Farming background a plus. Must be a self-starter. IT Desktop Support Analyst

Responsibilities: The Desktop Support Analyst will report to the Network Administrator and will be performing desktop support duties (answering help desk tickets, resolving user issues, etc.). In addition, they will be providing tier 1 onsite and remote support to all levels of the Altorfer organization. Assist Helpdesk staff with diagnosing and resolving computer problems and requests from users in a timely manner. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets. Work with programs such as Windows XP and Windows 7. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 1 - 3 Years Desktop Support Experience (Local and remote users). Certifications are a Plus (A+, MCP, MCDST,CCNA). Microsoft Active Directory experience and user account management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application software and Windows operating systems. Strong troubleshooting skills. Experience with creating and deploying desktop images and the setup of new computers. Strong organization skills and ability to manage a constantly changing workload. Excellent verbal and written English language skills, including solid presentation skills. Experience with Windows 7 is a plus. Proven leadership and customer service skills. Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work with others. Positive and friendly attitude. Some local travel will be required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Parts Counter Specialist

Responsibilities:  Assist walk-in and phone customers with sales and other needs. Computer input of parts orders, billing, stocking and selling of supply items. Ship and receive freight using a basic forklift to load and unload trucks. Operate a basic forklift and pallet jack to pick or move inventory when needed, and responsible for keeping record of parts inventory. Use computer parts books system to look up certain parts and process orders as they come in. Other parts and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  Minimum of 2 years previous experience in parts operations, inventory control and warehouse experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge and clear understanding of the core parts operations needed. Must be dependable, well organized, and possess proven first-rate customer service ability. Previous forklift and pallet jack experience needed. Basic computer skills are needed especially with programs such as Microsoft, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of DBSI preferred. Ability to lift 75lbs, climb ladders and stairs on a daily basis. Must have valid driverís License (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate), and CDL preferred.
