Responsibilities:  Perform undercarriage replacement, repairs on track links, track rollers, idlers and roller frames used on Caterpillar track type machines. Work closely with shop supervisor in daily schedule and progress reports. Provide excellent customer service to all customers. Basic Duties:   Responsible for assisting customers with sales and rental equipment needs.   Achieve maximum sales and profitability in assigned territory by working with both existing customers and targeting new accounts.    Focus on providing viable equipment solutions to our customer base.  Meet or exceed market growth goalsAppropriately allocate call frequency between existing customer base and opportunity accounts.  Prepare sales presentations, reports and sales quotes.  Have a firm understanding of the rental equipment market in order to effectively sell and asses trade values.  Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:   Four-year degree from an accredited University in a related field or 4 years of previous experience in the construction equipment industry required.  Prior sales experience preferred.  Ability to train and educate customers on machine operation.  Strong customer service skills are needed with the ability to exceed customerís expectations.  Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be self-motivated with the ability to seek new customers.  Ability to use ďValue AddedĒ selling techniques and models is needed.  Strong financial negotiating skills required.  Computer literate.  Willingness to travel when needed.  Must possess a valid driverís license (Motor Vehicle will be performed on final candidate).

Responsibilities: Work closely with Service Dispatcher scheduling the machine preventative maintenance program. Keep accurate records for machine maintenance, while following machine and company guideline in the CSA contracts. Inspects machines during a PM visit, plus recording the findings for the customer and dispatcher. Lube Tech should include a quality inspection, a detailed PM and a very close working relationship with the customer- all while meeting the contract flat rates. Maintaining a clean and neat lube truck for best possible image on the road and at customer job sites is mandatory. Initial intent is to service the rental fleet and local customers surrounding the Cedar Rapids area. Also require working to assist the shop, if needed. Other duties as assigned
