Responsibilities: Assist Helpdesk staff with diagnosing and resolving computer problems and requests from users in a timely manner. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets. Work with programs such as Windows XP and Windows 7. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  Currently a college sophomore or later with an above average grade point & a drive for a career in Technology. Credentials including being a self-starter with good time management. Computer literate required.  Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment when entering the shop or warehouse. Excellent planning & organizational skills required. Must be team oriented and commitment to detail recommended. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally. Shop Technician

Responsibilities: Work with new, used and rental equipment. Pre-deliver and inspect new machines, install attachments, update software. Will need understanding of Vision Link and have ability to install. Inspect and repair used equipment per used equipment manager. Be extremely detail oriented in the preparation of new customers machines. Operate equipment in a safely manner to find diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Establish and maintain a service oriented relationship with customers and supervisors. Complete service reports in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  Successful completion of a formal technical training program with a minimum of three years’ experience required. Must be detail oriented with ability to work within a team. Computer literate. Must be familiar with programs such as Microsoft, Excel and Outlook. Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment in the shop. Must be a self-starter with good time management. Excellent planning & organizational skills required. Ability to work overtime and some weekends when needed. Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are necessary. Must be able to lift up to 75-100lbs and provide your own tools. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have a valid driver’s license (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on file candidate)

Responsibilities: Perform service and repair compact construction and building construction products. Trouble shoot, repair and install Cat Vision link on all machines. Troubleshoot and repair engine, hydraulic, electrical, and other systems. Provide excellent customer service to all customers. Operate equipment in a safe manner to find diagnostic errors, technical problems, and determine proper solutions. Establish and maintain a service oriented relationship with customers and supervisors. Order parts in equipment parts books or online. Complete service reports and enter the proper data into the computer systems. Other duties as assigned. Technician will be based out of the Cedar Rapids facility.

Qualifications:  Successful completion of a formal technical training program with a minimum of four years’ experience required. Must have engine, electrical, hydraulic, diagnostic troubleshooting and repair skills. Computer literacy required. Must be familiar with programs such as Microsoft, Excel and Outlook. Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment. Must be a self-starter with good time management. Excellent planning & organizational skills required. Must be team oriented and willing to adapt to change. Previous experience and knowledge of part books. Ability to work overtime and some weekends when needed. Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are necessary. Must be able to lift up to 75-100lbs and provide your own tools. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have a valid driver’s license (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on file candidate)
